What Happens If You Disconnect Mid Round

MRT tunnels cut out. Hawker Wi-Fi dies. It happens. WE88 doesn't treat a dropped packet as a free mulligan. If the bet was accepted, the round still lives on the server.

Check history first. Then chat if the result still isn't there.

What to Do in the First Minute

  1. Don't place a second bet
  2. Reconnect on the same login
  3. Open history for that product
  4. Screenshot the round ID if you chat

The mobile app helps if browser tabs ate the table. Random APKs don't.

How Each Product Usually Settles

ProductTypical outcomeDon't
Slot gamesSpin completes on the server even if the reel frozeTap spin again to "wake it"
Live casinoAccepted chips stay in the roundAssume a black screen means a refund
Casino gamesRNG and fishing rounds settle in historyOpen a second room with the same stake
Esports bettingSubmitted tickets stay on the bookPlace a duplicate because the slip looked empty

When chat can actually help

Bring time, game name, and stake in SGD. "It lagged" isn't enough. Staff can look up a round. They can't unwind a bet you placed twice.

Bonus play during a freeze

Wagering still counts the settled round, not the animation you missed. Promo cards sit on promotion. Don't claim a new card while a result is missing.

Prevention that Beats a Ticket

If disconnects are making you chase, pause on responsible gaming. Rank on VIP can wait.

Slot Freeze vs Live Freeze vs Ticket Freeze

A frozen reel is usually a finished spin you didn't see. A frozen live stream is often a round that's still being dealt. A frozen bet slip may already be in the book. Those three are not the same panic. History tells you which one you have.

If history shows a win you didn't watch, that's still your result. If it shows a loss, that's still your result. Arguing the animation doesn't change the server.

When we can look something up

Give time in SGT, game name, stake, and last four of the round ID if you have it. "It lagged around 9pm" is too wide. We'll still try. Faster tickets have details.

What we can't do

You did thisLikely outcome
Waited, checked history, chatted onceCleanest path
Tapped spin five timesMultiple rounds may stand
Switched to a clone site mid-handWe can't see that client
Closed the app and reopened calmlyUsually fine

MRT stretches between stations are the usual villain. If you know you're heading underground, don't sit a live squeeze table. Finish the round or don't start one.

Keep one device. A phone and a tablet on the same account during a drop is how duplicate submits happen. Pick the phone. Leave the tablet off.

A Calm Script You Can Copy

"SGT time. Game name. Stake S$X. I disconnected. I did not place a second bet. History shows / doesn't show the round. Screenshot attached." That's enough. Stories about the MRT and the weather can wait.

If chat is busy, wait. Opening five tickets with the same freeze doesn't help. One ticket. One update if the result appears while you wait.

Reinstalling in a panic

Don't uninstall mid-dispute. You can lose the screenshot. Reinstall after the round is in history or after chat has the files.

Live dealer audio desync

Sound ahead of video, or the other way around, isn't a void by itself. Watch the accepted chip and the cards. If the stream is unusable, leave after the current hand settles. Don't bet blind on audio.

Power-saving modes that kill background data will drop you. If you play live, leave those off for the session. That's cheaper than a confused double tap.

Screenshots that Actually Help

Include the full screen. Time, game, balance, error text. Cropped "red X" photos waste a round of chat.

Don't edit the image. Don't draw arrows over the round ID. We can crop on our side. You just send the raw capture.

If the phone rotated and the screenshot is a blur, take another after you reconnect. One clear file beats five bad ones. Then wait for history. Then send.

Airplane mode tests are a bad idea mid-round. If you want to see how reconnect works, do it on a finished session with no open bets. Curiosity during a live hand is how duplicate chips happen.

Bluetooth earbuds dropping audio isn't a void. The round still plays. Don't yank the connection to "pause" a bad shoe. That's not how live tables work.

If two results appear for one tap, stop and chat. Don't try to "fix" it with a third tap. We'll read the log. You keep the phone still.

Disconnect Questions After a Dropped Packet

Does a freeze cancel my bet?

Usually no. If the stake was accepted, the server still settles. History is the source of truth, not the animation.

I tapped spin twice. Will I be charged twice?

Maybe. That's why you wait. A second tap can start a second round.

Live dealer stream died. Is the hand void?

Not automatically. If your chip was on the table, the round can still complete. Check history, then chat with the round ID.

What if history is empty for ten minutes?

Wait, refresh once, then chat. Don't keep betting to 'test' if the first stake landed.

Does this apply on the app too?

Yes. App or browser, same rule. Check history before you tap again.

Can I claim a bonus on a round that never showed?

Don't. Let chat confirm the result first. Bonus rules still follow the promotion card.
